OT02003207PTFE is an oil seal and can be used in rotary/axial moving applications. The material used on this oil seal is made of PTFE/FKM/Stainless steel 65 shore. The maximum allowed pressure is 10 BAR.
The dimensions has an inner diameter of 20 mm, an outer diameter of 32 mm and a height of 7 mm.
About the sealing profile OT-PTFE
Thanks to the PTFE sealing lip, the OT-PTFE profile has a very good sealing ability. The PTFE material provides a very low coefficient of friction, which also provides a lower starting resistance and avoids stick-slip problems. Due to the material's own ability to slide, the profile also works well in applications where there is insufficient lubrication.

Teflon (PTFE) can be used as is or used with fillers to improve mechanical performance. The effect of fillers on PTFE is to improve extrusion resistance, reduce friction and deformation under extreme heat conditions. In addition, it increases resistance to wear and hardening. Viton (FKM) is resistant to any type of grease between -30°C and +225°C. Better results can be achieved in low gas transfer systems. It has good resistance to a variety of chemicals (especially fats, fuels, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, as well as some flame retardant oils). Stainless steel (AISI 304) has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
