OTT03095055651111WC is an oil seal and can be used in rotary/axial moving applications. The material used on this oil seal is made of NBR/Carbon steel. The maximum allowed pressure is 0,5 BAR.

The dimensions has an inner diameter of 30.95 mm, an outer diameter of 55.65 mm and a height of 11.11 mm.

About the sealing profile OT-WC

The OT-WC profile's metal ring is not cast in NBR and is therefore exposed. An additional metal ring is also fitted, which gives the profile more rigidity. The advantage of this profile is that it can be used for particularly firm and precise positioning in the bore.

About the material NBR/Carbon steel

Nitrile is a widely used nitrile butadiene and acrylo nitrile polymer. The NBR formulas typically contains between 30% and 50% acrylonitrile (ACN). The NBR which has a working temperature between -40°C and +100°C show extremely high resistance under different working conditions such as mineral oils (H, H-L and H-LP type lubricating oils) and grease and mineral based fire resistance oils (HFB and HFC group oils), vegetable and organic oils, and aliphatic hydrocarbons (propane, butane, petrol). NBR is not recommended for aromatic hydrocarbons (benzene, trichloroethylene, HFD type fire resistance oils), glycol and ether contained break hydraulics.
