OTV05507008WB is an oil seal and can be used in rotary/axial moving applications. The material used on this oil seal is made of VITON 80 shore. The maximum allowed pressure is 0,5 BAR.

About the sealing profile OT-WB
The OT-WB profile's metal ring is not cast in NBR and is therefore exposed. The advantage of this profile is that it can be used for particularly firm and precise seating in the bore.
About the material VITON
It is resistant to any type of grease oil and solvent between -30°C and +200°C. Better results can be obtained in low gas transfer systems. It has a good resistance to a range of different chemicals (especially greases, fuels, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, some fire resistant oils).
